Since the toxicity of arsenic varies with the chemical form, speciation is mandatory to assess the safety of seafood. An IC-ICP/MS method for the determination of arsenobetaine, arsenocholine, dimethylarsiniac acid, arsenic lll and arsenic V in seafood was then developed.
