Milk and milk products make up the greatest part of organic foods of animal origin. It was then decided to study the presence of some chemical contaminants in milk coming from traditional and organic farms. Organochlorine pesticides, PCBs, lead, cadmium and aflatoxin Mt were the chemical contaminants chosen to monitor the safety of organic and conventional milk.
