Collaboration Agreements and Regulation for the Care and Regeneration of Urban Commons. The Experience of City of Bologna This article analyzes the recent regulation of the City of Bologna for the care of the urban commons and the collaboration agreements which have been concluded after this regulation. First the article describes their legal content and the relation with the secondary and primary sources of law. After the analysis of issues regarding the legal nature of agreements, the Author reflects about the principle of subsidiarity.
