Few cases of myocardial infarction complicating seizures have been described in the literature. Also a cardiac genesis, often arithmic, is usually reported at the basis of the increased mortality rate in epileptic patients, as major cause of sudden unexpected death. We present two cases of acute myocardial infarction following seizures, which were not convulsive in one case.
