The statistical framework necessary to analyze clonality following a two stage cloning procedure is described, and a simple table for determining the probability of monoclonality of derived cell colonies is presented. This statistical framework is designed for multistage cloning procedures and is an extension of the usual Poisson analytic technique.

Abstract
The statistical framework necessary to analyze clonality following a two stage cloning procedure is described, and a simple table for determining the probability of monoclonality of derived cell colonies is presented. This statistical framework is designed for multistage cloning procedures and is an extension of the usual Poisson analytic technique.File in questo prodotto:
