This article focuses on Sólo pro tri ( A Solo for Three ) (2007), directed by the Czech coreographer Petr Zuska, which merges texts and poems by three singer-songwriters from the 1960s and 70s with the techniques of contemporary dance. This analysis aims to throw light on the distinctive exchange between poetry, words, and the bodies of the dancers, within an ongoing dialogue between allusion and quotation.
