Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) is an aggressive subtype of B-cell lymphoma characterized by multiple relapses and median survival not exceeding 5 years. In the last decades, the treatment has evolved from multi-agentchemotherapy to a combination of targeted and immunotherapy. However, treating relapse/refractory (R/R) cases is still a paramount challenge. An alternative strategy is using functional approaches for precision medicine that allow innovative treatments or drug repurposing based in the combination of recurrent patterns to drug response profiling (DRP). To do so, we used preclinical and clinical MCL samples, including our previously established murine MCL-like model (Pieters, 2021), applying a functional precision medicine approach to identify novel therapeutic modalities for R7R MCL.
