Over the last decades, acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) has seen improvements in management and prognosis. However, certain subgroups such as T-ALL still present an unmet clinical need due to their poor outcome and absence of alternative therapies for high-risk (HR) and relapsed/refractory (RR) patients (pts)1. A promising stretegy is a functional precision medicine (FPM) approach, leveraging information obtained trough the combination of recurrent response patterns to ex vivo drug response profiling (DRP) with a genomic characterization2. Our study aims to develop a chemogenomic platform to identify responses patterns and guide FPM decisions within a clinically relevant timeframe in T-ALL.

Abstract
Over the last decades, acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) has seen improvements in management and prognosis. However, certain subgroups such as T-ALL still present an unmet clinical need due to their poor outcome and absence of alternative therapies for high-risk (HR) and relapsed/refractory (RR) patients (pts)1. A promising stretegy is a functional precision medicine (FPM) approach, leveraging information obtained trough the combination of recurrent response patterns to ex vivo drug response profiling (DRP) with a genomic characterization2. Our study aims to develop a chemogenomic platform to identify responses patterns and guide FPM decisions within a clinically relevant timeframe in T-ALL.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
