La regolazione dei mercati energetici all’ingrosso tra livello europeo e nazionale: il REMIT 2024 The regulation of wholesale energy markets at European and national level: REMIT 2024

The investigation focuses not only on the intersections and potential overlaps be-tween the Regulation on Wholesale Energy Market Integrity and Transparency (REMIT), general competition law, and financial market abuse regulations but also on the shift in the functional balance between the European Union Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) and national regulatory authorities. This shift, stemming from the new regulation, is examined alongside the effects it may produce on the framework of multilevel energy governance.

L’indagine si sofferma non solo sulle intersezioni ed eventuali sovrapposizioni fra Regulation on Wholesale Energy Market Integrity and Transparency (REMIT), re-golazione generale della concorrenza e market abuse finanziario ma, altresì, sul mutamento di equilibrio funzionale fra l’Agenzia europea per la cooperazione fra i regolatori nazionali di energia (di seguito ACER) e autorità nazionali di regolazione, discendente dal nuovo regolamento sugli effetti che questo potrebbe produrre sull’assetto della governance multilivello dell’energia.
