The Author dedicates his essay to the notion of Wahrheitsgefühl in Fries’ transcendental philosophy. After identifying the main characteristics that Fries attributes to the feeling of truth and comparing them with other philosophical positions (in particular those of Jacobi and Fichte), he proposes to understand the centrality that this kind of feeling assumes in Fries’ thought on the basis of the fundamental function it performs in order to establish the value that psychology has for the foundation of a theory of transcendental knowledge.

Abstract
The Author dedicates his essay to the notion of Wahrheitsgefühl in Fries’ transcendental philosophy. After identifying the main characteristics that Fries attributes to the feeling of truth and comparing them with other philosophical positions (in particular those of Jacobi and Fichte), he proposes to understand the centrality that this kind of feeling assumes in Fries’ thought on the basis of the fundamental function it performs in order to establish the value that psychology has for the foundation of a theory of transcendental knowledge.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
