Background: Lifestyle factors play a crucial role in workers’ health and well-being, yet their multidimensional assessment in occupational settings remains limited, particularly in Italy. The aim of this pilot study is to evaluate the relationship between work-related factors, lifestyle habits (diet, physical activity), and psychological profiles in a sample of Italian workers. Methods: Data collection included socio-demographic and occupational variables, lifestyle factors (diet and physical activity), anthropometric parameters, psychological assessments, and psychophysiological measures. Results: Preliminary findings suggest variability in lifestyle behaviours and psychological indicators within the sample, highlighting potential associations between lifestyle factors and psychophysiological responses. Due to the pilot nature of the study, results are interpreted as exploratory. Conclusion: These preliminary data support the feasibility of a multidimensional assessment of lifestyle in occupational contexts and provide useful insights for the design of larger, confirmatory studies. Moreover, the findings highlight the potential value of expanding the assessment of work-related stress in the Italian context by integrating psychophysiological indicators and lifestyle-related factors, which are often underrepresented in routine occupational stress evaluations.
