The AIOM/ISS melanoma guidelines represent one of the few nationally mandated, GRADE-based clinical practice guidelines in Europe, with recognized institutional and medico-legal relevance. Their exclusion, even considering the use of the Italian language, results in an incomplete European perspective and limits the external validity of the comparative analysis, particularly with respect to nationally integrated guideline development models.

Abstract
The AIOM/ISS melanoma guidelines represent one of the few nationally mandated, GRADE-based clinical practice guidelines in Europe, with recognized institutional and medico-legal relevance. Their exclusion, even considering the use of the Italian language, results in an incomplete European perspective and limits the external validity of the comparative analysis, particularly with respect to nationally integrated guideline development models.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
