: Migrants’ descendants have always attracted the attention of social research, particularly in the field of migration studies. Indeed, their condition on the edge between cultural and political containers makes them central subjects in the analysis of migration processes and outcomes. Abstract
: Migrants’ descendants have always attracted the attention of social research, particularly in the field of migration studies. Indeed, their condition on the edge between cultural and political containers makes them central subjects in the analysis of migration processes and outcomes. For over twenty years, Italian studies have also focused on this social group, producing numerous - and sometimes disconnected - studies. The literature review draws a summary picture of this production, identifying the main trends, the most discussed topics and the gaps still present.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
