"Adelante Pedro, con juicio": i (nuovi) criteri di riparto del Fondo TPL al vaglio della Consulta

With ruling 133/2024, the Constitutional Court once again rules on the legitimacy of the criteria for the distribution of the resources of the TPL Fund among the Regions. The decision offers the opportunity to promote a reflection, in general, on the governance of TPL and, in particular, on the connection between the TPL financing system, within which the State maintains a central role, and the distribution scheme of sectoral competences.
