Covid-19 pandemic has had a dramatic impact on the Italian health care system, with particular regards to primary care. Italy has been one of the countries most affected by the pandemic with severe issues on both hospitals and primary care services. Pandemic is not over yet, but two months after the outbreak we try to provide a first evaluation. Survey results show a clear framework about coordination, integration, resource management and leadership. However, from survey results we can identify which design actions are useful to help healthcare system managing in a more effective way possible future pandemic.

This paper collects opinions gathered from healthcare management experts through a survey, to understand how primary care services have been managed the crisis so far and how to better plan the future of healthcare system. Survey results show a clear framework about coordination, integration, resource management and leadership. However, from survey results we can identify which design actions are useful to help healthcare system managing in a more effective way possible future pandemic.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
