In agreement with the cardiologists, only cardioaspirin has been maintained as a therapy. Among the various surgical options, skin grafting was preferred. On one hand, this choice lets accurately identify the margins and the bottom around the removed skin; on the other, it exposes less to bleeding dangers, as the graft must still be pressed on the bottom to make it adhere. Furthermore, this technique does not determine alterations in the auricle profile and takes place in a single time, even if prolonged. The graft, after the removal of the compressed sutured dressing, appeared vital without signs of hemorrhagic extravasation.

Abstract

58-year-old patient with myocardial infarction in 2017 and subsequent coronary angioplasty treated with dual antiplatelet therapy, presents ulcerated nodular lesion of the left helix.
