Abstract
Ulcerated nodular lesion, covered by crust, with little defined margins in the left lateral surface of the nose of an elderly patient who reports its appearance a few years earlier. After surgical removal of the lesion, between the various surgical wound closure options, the nasol-abial transposition flap has been chosen because it has a reduced risk of ectropion.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
