The present pharmaceutical invention is related to the use, in the medical field, of 2-oxo-2h-pirrol-1(5h)-carboxamidic derivates for the treatment and/or the prevention of HIV infections. Both pharmaceutical compositions containing these derivatives as active ingredients and a new process for the preparation of such derivatives are reported in the patent.
