Heterotopia of pancreatic tissue is a common developmental anomaly, affecting predominantly the gastrointestinal tract. The case of a symptomatic cyst arising from the posterior gastric wall in a 40-year-old man is presented, undergoing laparoscopic gastric wedge resection.
