To analyze T cell recruitment in normal human skin upon acute UV exposure, several biopsies were taken from irradiate skin and expression of adhesion molecules on T cells and on dermal endothelial cells was assesed by immunohystochemistry. Our results suggest that LFA-1/ICAM-1 pathway is involved in dermal T cells recruitment upon local UV exposure.
