The study of model systems of metalloenzymes containing copper(II) is of great importance in order to understand the mechanisms of action of these proteins. Here we present the synthesis and the characterization both in solid and in solution state of new triazoline derivatives functionalized with amino acid residues and their copper(II) complexes.

Abstract

The study of model systems of metalloenzymes containing copper(II) is of great importance in order to understand the mechanisms of action of these proteins. Here we present the synthesis and the characterization both in solid and in solution state of new triazoline derivatives functionalized with amino acid residues and their copper(II) complexes.
