AC initial magnetic susceptibility (χAC) measurements on the (ErxHo1-x)Fe10V2 series show peak anomalies for x≥ 0.25, which are an indication of the existence of spin reorientation phase transitions (SRT). No anomaly is observed for HoFe10V2, the SRT temperature decreasing with increasing Ho concentration. The critical exponents have been determined, with a value of γ = 1.20 ± 0.05 for all the compounds studied.
