In a network upgrade scenario, we numerically investigate cross-channel polarizationsensitive nonlinear effects induced by “legacy” OOK channels on an “upgraded” RZPDM-QPSK channel. The impact of WDM channel spacing and state-of-polarization on the cross effects is investigated.
