Foundation for intelligent physical agents (FIPA) is producing industrial-strength specifications for developing multiagent systems on handheld devices. The agent platform runs on both mobile and fixed devices on both wireless and wired networks. LEAP is a runtime environment for deploying agents on a network of java-enabled devices and complies with FIPA international standards for multiagent systems. A lightweight device to execute on a mobile device with limited resources like a cellular phone and with resources like an enterprise server are developed through this project. The project will help the mobile engineers working the telecommunications and roadside assistance industries.

Abstract
Foundation for intelligent physical agents (FIPA) is producing industrial-strength specifications for developing multiagent systems on handheld devices. The agent platform runs on both mobile and fixed devices on both wireless and wired networks. LEAP is a runtime environment for deploying agents on a network of java-enabled devices and complies with FIPA international standards for multiagent systems. A lightweight device to execute on a mobile device with limited resources like a cellular phone and with resources like an enterprise server are developed through this project. The project will help the mobile engineers working the telecommunications and roadside assistance industries.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
