Our results may have practical implications for the management of children attending allergy centres. In these patients, the evaluation of IBS or constipation comorbidity is not required in presence of clinical atopy. On the other hand, more attention may be paid to IBS symptoms in allergic children with positive SPT to foods.

On the other hand, more attention may be paid to IBS symptoms in allergic children with positive SPT to foods.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
