The clinical obesity management is quite complex, obese individuals need to be aware of the therapeutic complexity of body weight management and that weight management will need to be continued throughout their life. Clinical obesity management must take into account both the patient’s achieving weight loss and improving health and well-being. A multidimensional approach should ideally be adopted that involves a combination of various therapeutic approaches, including lifestyle modification, dietary intervention, promotion of physical activity and exercise, behavioural modification, pharmacotherapy and bariatric procedures (nonsurgical and/ or surgical procedures)

Abstract
