The aim of this work is to analyze the perception of role expectations with respect to key positions (nurses and health workers) related to a specific healthcare context. In particular, the aim is to detect the presence of role related problems (i.e. conflict of expectations with respect to the considered roles) regarding all the complementary staff positions who interface with the same role. We will use two main tools: role mapping (through the use of semi-structured interviews) and observation.
