Nutrient profile of foods is fast becoming the basis of regulating nutrition labels, health claims, marketing and advertising to children. In the present paper we have carried out an on-line survey of a group of nutrition professionals to create a standard ranking of the healthiness of some foods more representative of the Italian diet.

Abstract
