Coordination between AGCM and the Regulatory Authorities: the case of the Transport Regulation Authority (ART) – The topic of coordination between the Compe-tition and Market Authority (AGCM) and the Transport Regulation Authority (ART) is addressed in this context through the articulation of a reasoned path dedicated to the main applicable investigative tools that the regulatory model under examination pro-poses to the interpreter’s attention, with the objective of outlining some established ap-proaches on a horizon that, in practice, still appears to be evolving.
