DEONTOLOGIE RELIGIOSE, CULTURA ECONOMICA E RAPPORTI CONTRATTUALI. RIFLESSIONI A PARTIRE DAI PROCESSI DI NEGOZIAZIONE

Taking into account some research connecting religion and economics in the era of globalization, the paper aims to draw an intercultural legal route centered on contractual negotiations. The purpose is to integrate economic and religious interests, by means of the legal interpretation in a civil law system. The reasoning is divided into three steps: i. the first discusses some of the main strands of literature focusing on economics and religions; ii. the second aims to assess, in general, the characteristics of legal cases marked by economic and religious interests; iii. the third examines the hermeneutic relevance some Islamic economic models may have under the umbrella of the Italian legal system.
