La convalida di diritto amministrativo

This paper examines the act of validation both in a traditional reconstructive perspective and in the light of the recent regulatory inter- vention that, in 2005, reformed the law on administrative procedure. This work analyzes, in some cases proposing a partially different interpretation of the prevalent doctrine, the issue of effectiveness, of the inherent limita- tions and of the legal classification of the validation measure.
