The collection of articles, entitled «The Legal State and the Rule of Law Doctrines in Modern World,» edited by Valery D. Zorkin and Petr D. Barenboim, compiled by Petr D. Barenboim, and prepared for print in 2013 by the Moscow Publishers «LOOM» and «Justitsinform», contains the articles written by legal scholars from 8 countries, all of which discuss the present content of the Legal State and the Rule of Law doctrines and their interrelationship. This collection of articles starts with the publications by the President of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation Valery D. Zorkin and the President of the American Bar Association James R. Silkenat. It is the first large-scale study on this important topic, co-authored by Western and Russian legal scholars.
