The authors regret to inform the readers that Fig. 6 at page 228 of this article contained some errors in four of the classification rules outlined. The correct version of this Figure is the following: [Figure presented] Figure caption is not changed. As the errors were only of graphical nature, any other part of results, discussion and conclusions contained in the original article are not affected by this correction.
