Elderly patient presents a nodular lesion, reddish-pink in color, furrowed by telangiectasia, ulcerated, of the left eye inner canthus. After removing the lesion, we closed the surgical wound with a transposition flap from the nose, paying particular attention to the hemostasis and the detachment of the flap. In this case no drainage was performed, the post-surgical hematoma is distinct and, in post-operative controls, the flap is vital but slightly raised.

Abstract
