The crystal structure of the Nd(Fe 0.45 Ru 0.55 ) 2 Si 2 , Nd(Fe 0.60 Os 0.40 ) 2 Si 2 and Nd(Ru 0.95 Is 0.05 ) 2 Si 2 compounds was studied by single crystal X-ray diffraction. All compounds crystallized with the CeGa 2 Al 2 structure type, space group. The structures were refined by a full-matrix least squares program using atomic scattering factors.
